Fiona Reed graduated from Yale College in 2022 with a B.S. in molecular biophysics and biochemistry. She joined the Krause lab in her first year at Yale as a STARS student and performed thesis research in the lab. Her projects include defining the role of transcriptional coactivator MKL1 in megakaryocyte maturation and developing expansion microscopy techniques for hematopoietic cells. She enjoys skiing and hiking in her free time.
